WORK
Real systems, documented with evidence.
Axiom documents the systems we build with the same discipline used to engineer them.
Each project is presented according to what has actually been built, tested, validated, deployed, or measured.
We do not treat prototypes as production systems or estimates as results.
Show the system. Show the evidence. Avoid the spectacle.

- TESTED · VALIDATED PENDING
Axiom designed and built a bounded intake workflow for a field-service operation that can classify inbound emails, identify service and estimate requests, extract structured customer and job information, and route uncertain messages for human review.
The V1 design includes strict limits. It must not invent missing customer information, confirm jobs, promise pricing or availability, or automatically reply to customers.

EVIDENCE FIRST
Every project is shown at the level the evidence supports.
Axiom uses a simple evidence ladder to separate engineering progress from business outcomes.
A stronger claim requires stronger evidence.
- 01 / BUILTA functioning system or workflow was implemented.
- 02 / TESTEDThe system was exercised against defined scenarios.
- 03 / VALIDATEDBehavior was confirmed against agreed criteria.
- 04 / PILOTThe system was used in a controlled operational setting.
- 05 / DEPLOYEDThe system was running in a live environment.
- 06 / MEASUREDA real business result was observed and documented over a defined period.
WHAT YOU WILL SEE
The work includes more than the finished workflow.
Where appropriate, Axiom project pages may include:
- the business problem
- the existing workflow
- system boundaries
- architecture
- engineering decisions
- human-review logic
- validation approach
- findings and improvements
- current evidence status
- known limitations
- potential next steps
The point is not to expose every technical detail.
The point is to make the reasoning behind the system visible.
YOUR OPERATION
Have a workflow worth improving?
If work is getting delayed, repeated, lost between systems, or dependent on too much manual coordination, tell us where the friction is.
Axiom will start by understanding the process and determining whether there is a practical system worth building.
